Same problem.It is more than a year that myself, my husband and my daughter, my son in law applied for Aadhar card and we just have electronically downloaded aadhar . Some banks want the original Aadhar card and refuse to look at electronically generated and printed papers. Can we take legal action... like serving notice to UIDAI and the concerned Post Office? Once you get used to it, it is the best Jhadoo. The advantage is the dust is just sucked magically, without flying all over the place. I am using this vacuum cleaner for years without a single repair problem or otherwise. And the service is excellent and immediate.
