Hi. i have been the user of this tablet for nearly 3 months now after buying it from snapdeal. when i started using it, it was fine..but suddenly after 1 month, the tablet started showing very bad symptoms..for example it started getting hung..i contacted the customer care and they said that i have ...to ship the product to their office in shahdara so that they can check it and let me know what the fault is...and they clearly mentioned that the money spent by me for couriering the stuff to their office would not be refunded. i was adamant that i would not be sending it to them on my own cost...snapdeal also said that once the product is sold, they do not have any responsibility towards the product which means i was stuck between devil and dead sea...but thankfully for me. the product has started working fine now...the features are good....the biggest drawback however is their service. when i called them up to check whether i can show the product somewhere in mumbai, they clearly state that the guys in mumbai cannot check and correct the problem and i have to send it to delhi for sure for the problem to be rectified which seems absolutely absurd....i hope they can sort out this issue...Read More
