My water purifier has been leaking since the past 1 month. I have been contact Eureka Forbes customer care since Jan 3 and have contacted them at least 3-4 times already. I am yet to get the service from the company despite all these calls. It has been my worst ever experience as far as service requests are concerned.
Hope the company is reading this and will revert to me.
