I had ordered Kaspersky Anti Virus On April 3(Order Id:100019287) and made the payment via NEFT transfer on the same day itself. However, after opening a ticket on the website, I got the shock of my life when I heard from the website people that the payment has not been made due to which the order cannot be delivered.
I checked with the bank as well and they told me that the payment has been debited from my account. I have written to them once again but this time there has been no response at all from the website people.
Will I ever get my product or has my money gone down the drain? Also, if you call on the number given on the website, nobody ever picks up the phone. I feel that I have been cheated totally and I advise each and everyone using e-commerce to avoid this website.
