If you are an existing credit card customer, please read this. If you ever have a dispute over billing or a wrong bill is sent to you and you refuse to pay it, instead of resolving the issue, they simply steal the money from your savings account !!! You will be left guessing where ...your money went as there wil be no entry in your statement. This has happened to me and now I am running pillar to post. The branch where I have savings account refuses to help me as they tell me only credit card guys can help me, so I better buy peace with them. My savings account was not connected to my credit card, and I had never given authorisation to them. This is the new illegal trick of the trade by the Almighty Gods of Finance. Just came back from the bank, they say the money is in lien. I don't uderstand this jargon. All I know they took my money from my savings account and though it is showing in the ledger balance, I cannot touch it as it is not available to me. Please help.
