Superbly written! This shows the entire view of the company! (Or if you can call it a company!!!). This is the biggest joke of an organization, if you can ask me..I am glad more disgruntled employees and former employees are coming out of the cocoon to show the entire world what this company is.

Hi I agree completely..reviews are written about companies, and not about people.
This just shows the standard of the company and to what extent these people go to clear the image. Eventually the truth comes out!

It is a nonsense review, dont bother to read it. Please understand that reviews written in a span of 3 days means, they are desperate to clean their image.the company's image!
It is nonsense...and shame on the management to pull a stunt like this for spoiling other employees' lives.

Yes why doesnt anyone speak about the working hours?? Yes, you have a bus which starts at 6am from chandigarh and so the employees have to get up by 4am,... after working until 10pm-12am in the night! It is not to meet some deadline! It is their routine!
And what do you mean you have worked for years? It's not even been 2.5 yrs snce this nonsense company has started!

Prynk_ray, sir/madam whoever you are, no one is abusing anyone here, this is a place where people express their dissatisfaction in the company they have worked for.
No one needs any proof of salary slips or anything to prove anything. They dont provide PF, or gratuity allowance.
Your MD doesn...'t give any written proof for any word that he says, then why the hell do we need to post anything with proof?
Truth will eventually prevail and I hope the future aspirants understand this and read this, before they make the plunge to their disaster.

It's a sick company with a sick leadership and useless mentors (if you can call them that!!!)
This is a company which is not going to go anywhere, since there are no proper employee incentive packages. Arre, Mr. RJ Singh, samja karo ki employe...es theri asset hain...
When you get that in your head, maybe there may be some progress. And employees are not your bloody dogs to work 18hrs a day, hell, if you dont have a life other than work, why destroy others?
Please listen to these people who have given time off their present jobs to help you guys out not to join, so please, listen and do not join.
If you really want to join, try speaking to one of the employees there, they will not allow you to. Because we have had the experience of one employee talking to an interviewed person, and that person didnt join!!

I totally agree with chandigarh_girl, dear mr tpsingh is a bit mentally off the hook since he has been working in that sick company (if at all you can call it one!)
People who have written this blog, are ex employees of this organization, who dont want this fate to fall on other aspirants' should...ers, because these men are not even true to one word they say.
These employees dont gain anything on writing false things about the company, but want some good to happen to young engineers who join just looking at the pay packet, of which some might not even be paid that, because of the 'recession'.
The offer letter is sent on MS Word along with the salary quote!! MS Word, can you imagine?? Something which can be edited by anyone...this is the first red signal which needs to be flashed in your mind, ask for a signature on the company letter head, otherwise you wont even get your promised salary.
These people are the no. 1 corporate swindlers which ever existed...dont trust one word that comes from their mouth. Ask for everything in writing, and you can see them run around the bushes.
So please dont ever make this mistake of joining!!
People who are writing good about this company, itself shows, they are desperate for people to join, since I am sure, no one in this age, if they receive an offer from any company, will not search in the Internet, regarding the company.
Please do not join, and do not jeopardize your career.
Remember, wherever you go, any company you join, do not take by word, anything to heart...verbal agreement means nothing in today's world. Ask for a written contract, read it and make sure, there are no tricky terms involved.
Hope this review helps someone.

The location is Lalru, around 35 km from Chandigarh, and is in a no man's land..
