Dont base you’re decision on any employee reviews just keep the following in mind. All the positive reviews are not true and written by hr management themselves! They are writing as nobody is joining this company and they are about to lose their jobs too if nobody is hired! Haha.
This is not the only company the has 6-axis cnc machines that is simply bull sh*t. If the employee who wrote the above review believes so, imagine how much does he really know what he is talking about? He probably got drunk after working for 16hrs lol. What is the use of owning cnc machines and not knowing how to operate them?? Let me list some leading companies that have and know how to use 6-axis cnc machines in a proper manufacturing environment.
Among the leaders in aerospace manufacturing in india are hindustan aeronautics limited (hal), tata group, larsen & tubro (l&t), infosys, tcs aeropspace, wipro, reliance industries, mahindra aerospace, general electric (ge), honeywell, taneja aerosapce, airworks india, caterpillar, john deere, national aeronautical lab (nal), isro, drdo and many many more all having plants situated in india with plenty of carrer opportunities. Just visit the company websites and you can tell the difference! As simple as that. Just google them!
This company does not have a well developed company website, they do not have a career page listing open positions and ability to apply online unlike other companies! They do not know how to program web pages using asp, ajax, php, pearl, cgi, flash, javascript.
Taurus agile’s plant is located only on a 1 acre land only!!! Can you imagine that?? Go and see for your self! Then visit other companies they have multiple facilities on atleast 30 acres of land! And raman jeet boasts of just 1 acre of his ancestral property in a god foresaken land. How pathtic!
Travel to the plant for your interview, have a tour, and see and decide for yourself. Do not be fooled by the good looking taurus office at the dlf it park. Visit the plant and see how far you will have to travel everyday!
Make sure raman jeet signs your offer letter across the company seal not just a plain letter on the letter head. This is the first sign of notorious behaviour. Don’t get fooled by what his hr manager yukti khanna says.
Make sure what ever you want is stated in the contract and don’t be afraid to ask. Otherwise do not sign. Let him also list your duties.
This company is useless, no growth opportunities, no housing allowance, no provident fund, no health insurance for the first six months, no relocation assistance or allowance, no extra pay for 10hrs of overtime a day, no employee vehicles allowed, no lunch break, no benefits. This company is for desperate souls like raman jeet. If any of this is promised during the interview make sure it is mentioned in the appointment letter signed across the company seal. Ask them to pay and arrange for your travel with air e-ticket provided if required.
Do not open a bank account with them, instead ask them to direct deposit into your own personal bank account!
There is no diversity in this company, this is not how other companies run my friend, no matter what they say.
They do not do much that is mentioned on their website, that is all fake to lure you in! They do not know about aerospace and do not have an assembly plant. Ask to see a gas turbing engine, a turbine blade, a landing gear system or a fuselage door they have nothing!!
The company is religiously fanatic based and all their decisions are based only on their religion and they force you to convert over time or you risk loosing your job without any notice! Most of them are jains.
The company does not pay you for your one month notice period!
Employees cannot even speak proper english and have no personality what so ever. Just meet some of them and decide for your self! Knowledge = 0 if communication = 0!! There isn't any use of your knowledge if you cannot communicate it!
Most of the mentors are retired hal, iaf, army employees over 60yrs like sh*tty counselor/vice president mr. A.s. toor who think that you have come to join the indian army! These management people are paid extermly high packages to take up the job. Otherwise, why the hell would they join? I feel bad for them.
Ask some technical questions with your interviewer or raman jeet, but not with the retired old men from hal. I gaurantee they will not be able to answer them!
Do not join this company you will regret it!
