I am writing this review about the employer, TAURUS AGILE TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION LTD., CHANDIGARH with the plant at **LALRU, PUNJAB.
The entire leadership, working hours, and the work distribution is totally wrong in this organization. The main problem in this company is that it is just 2 years old, and has no experienced people in its work force.
He has a few retired men sitting on chairs, who know nothing about aerospace. They have no manufacturing knowledge, and just come to the company to get their pay check.
He has freshers working on machines, who need training to work on such machines, but he is of the attitude that people who require training are incompetent! How bizarre!
Aree usko samjhao, ki kissi bhi unki engineering college se sikhakhar nahi aaya, ki aerospace ki quality requirements kya hai.
It is totally a one man show, a modern day dictatorship, as an MD, Mr. Ramanjeet Singh. He promises many things to people who come to join his company, but gives them NOTHING.Theyhave promised them over the top expenses that they will pay, to join their company. Ask them in writing for anything, and they don't give you anything.
He is not at all a man of his words, and NO ONE CAN TRUST HIM. He boasts of his book knowledge, but when it comes to implementing it on the shop floor, he KNOWS NOTHING.
The work hours are from 7am- 9pm. SERIOUSLY IT IS TRUE! Which sometimes goes upto 12 a.m.
He makes them work like slaves for 14 hours, and the plant is in a God forsaken land which takes 2 hours to commute(both ways) everyday. He provides no food, or any overtime for the long hours the employees put in everyday.
His company doesn't give PF to his employees, and no one has taken any action against him, since he has every single other bloody criminal minister in his pocket.
Even after working and doing work sincerely, he doesn’t give a word of appreciation to his employees.
*I EARNESTLY REQUEST ALL THE YOUNG PEOPLE OUT THERE WHO HAVE RECEIVED LUCRATIVE OFFERS FROM THIS FELLOW, PLEASE DON'T JOIN THIS COMPANY. HE IS JUST OUT TO RUIN YOUR LIFE.
*DO NOT JOIN THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY.
The MD may dismiss you any time you want, and so there is absolutely no job security.
I am an ex employee of this company, and I am writing this review, praying that no one ever falls in this trap. He has spoilt my life, and my entire career.
I wish the police would take some action against this fellow, and put him inside bars.
DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY.
Despite whatever the MD, Ramanjeet Singh, say, their words are empty and full of deceit. He is totally an unprofessional fellow, and believe me, you will regret the day you met with him.
I am earnestly requesting future applicants not to join this God forsaken company. He is out to only ruin your life.
They have no experienced people in the office to guide you, and every single person he has recruited are freshers, who have 0 experience, and he expects quality requirements for aerospace with people who have had no training.
I hope this review will stop future applicants from joining this company.
People who have written blogs now, are ex employees of this organization, who dont want this fate to fall on other aspirants' shoulders, because these men are not even true to one word they say.
These employees dont gain anything on writing false things about the company, but want some good to happen to young engineers who join just looking at the pay packet, of which some might not even be paid that, because of the'recession'.
The offer letter is sent on MS Word along with the salary quote! MS Word, can you imagine? Something which can be edited by anyone.this is the first red signal which needs to be flashed in your mind, **ask for a signature on the company letter head, with your salary quote, otherwise you wont even get your promised salary.
These people are the no. 1 corporate swindlers which ever existed.dont trust one word that comes from their mouth. Ask for everything in writing, and you can see them run around the bushes.
So please dont ever make this mistake of joining!
People who are writing good about this company, itself shows, they are desperate for people to join, since I am sure, no one in this age, if they receive an offer from any company, will not search in the Internet, regarding the company. I just pray and wish not one person joins.
He has made families in shambles and ruined people's lives. He will surely get what is due for him.
Please do not join, and do not jeopardize your career.
Remember, wherever you go, any company you join, do not take by word, anything to heart.verbal agreement means nothing in today's world. Ask for a written contract, read it and make sure, there are no tricky terms involved.
