Dear Mr. Vikram Kumar, Faisal don’t let people like Mr. Anand Kadagadakai(anand.kadagadakai) fool you into deleting valuable reviews written by unhappy employees, HR and ex-employees. People like him try to act as moderators and determine for themselves, which reviews are fake or not based on their bosses instructions such as Mr. Raman Jeet Singh of Taurus Agile by offering them incentive packages to do so.
If in doubt, you can visit the company for yourself, and you will understand that the reviews were indeed absolutely true.
The idea that “MS can automate this process. A review should be automatically deleted if it receives "not useful" rating by 5 or more membes or 3 star writers” as suggested by Mr. Kadagadakai is a totally rubbish idea that no sensible person/moderator would implement in an un-biased review site. What factors determine if a review is fake or not? It’s not possible.
Mr. Anand, You can’t call all negative reviews fake, especially by a couple of desperate people writing to technical support. It is for the billions and billions of people of India to make judicious decisions not just for the Management from one company to decide. MouthShut.com provides a platform for the average consumer to express and share his feelings. In this sense, MouthShut.com serves as the marketplace for consumer ideas where they rant and rave. It’s an online community where the conversation never stops. A negative review is an attempt by a dissatisfied customer/member to get that feeling off their chest. As a policy, MouthShut.com does not review and remove any reviews as long as they conform to review guidelines.
You guy’s at MS are currently doing an excellent job by encouraging people of India to express their right to freedom of speech and RTI which Taurus Agile intends to steal away like everything else. Please do not do anything to change this. Advising discretion seems like a sensible approach on the other hand, which gives the reader a chance to decide for themselves but this too should be used cautiously. I have seen the tag “discretion advised” applied to a number of sensible reviews probably due to pressure from management.
