Hi Shashi, Congrats for choosing a real good product. I too own a Palio Stile SLE, had travelled Mumbai-Shirdi-Shani Shingnapur with 5 people (parents, wife, brother and myself) and not a single occupant complained about roughness or bumpy ride. Everyone just praised about the comfort Palio offered.... I agree that the car seems sluggish but once you engage 3rd gear onwards, the sluggishness disappears. Whenever I say I am thinking of owning a Palio, everyone raises their brows and try to convince me about its servicing, milegae etc. I just reply by saying just have a test ride and you will forget all ot...her cars in its catrgory. My Syam, I can understand the agony you must have faced while dealing with these stupid people. I too had been into similar situation for my LG DVD player and I stopped calling them only when I received a replacement. Deal with them with good hindi and english verbs like what I did.
