I have travelled Jet 4 times now between delhi-blore and delhi-mumbai and each time the condition of the plane was not up to standard - at least not the standards that i except of Jet. The restrooms were badly kept each time and if you ask the cabin crew to bring you something - they will - but afte...r 2-3 reminders! I had similar horrible exp with ABN but for credit card. Am now planning to take them to consumer court for thier frauds. Their should be some sort of active campaign against banks like ABN and Stan Chart.

Hello folks :) I read comments here about Spark's price and company backing. Let me clarify on both of them. Price - I bought the top most version of Spark whose price is equivalent of topmost versions of Santro, WagonR and Zen Estilo. So if you compare it with cars like Swift and Getz then that... would not be true. (However, I would still go for Spark given lots of +ves about it). Company backing - Spark is GM's own car as is Optra, Tavera, Aveo and UVA. So there is no question of dumping it. It has been in international market for more than 5 years now. The case of daewoo was different in which case the company got bankrupt so it could not support any of its models. GM bought Matiz from daewoo coz they liked the car so much for its potential and re-badged it as Spark. The service of GM in Delhi is quiet good and efficient. I own the new Spark (LT model) and I can vouch that it is the best in its class across all featuers and comforts. The competition including Estilo, WagonR, Santro and heck even GM's own UVA and Swift are not in this league. Thanks for your tips. I already applied them for other such misdemenours by other banks. I just hope one day our govt wakes up to the fact and ensure far better customer service if not the european/US standards.
