After few days, the service representative came to my house to repair the machine, but I refused, I told him I am going to file a case in consumer forum and I am going to keep the machine on the road, and ask people to throw stones at the machine (I was not kidding it was for real). He went back. Af...ter an hour I received calls to allow the repair, I denied. But again another person called me, he was like a Vikramarka, he just wanted to service the machine for this time and apologized for what had happened, finally I yielded, the next day the service representative appeared at 7.45 AM, and repaired the machine.
He told me that he is going to replace my LED display and detergent door, but he never turned up for the last two weeks, history repeats.
One of the things that I have observed during the repair is about water flow, the mechanism was missing a screw, because of this I never used the machine as an automatic machine, I had pour water using a mug for the detergent powder to go inside. This menas their quality of control is very poor.
I am still waiting to replace my LED display (does not display the top row) and detergent door which just falls down when run the machine.Read More
