Hey Rahul, Thanx for your time and efforts put in replying to my comments. I have Nokia 6280 cell phone over which you can record the call. I thing any phone with Voice recording capability will be good enough to record the call. Yeah, you are correct. We should have enough of evidence ...before filing a case against such kind of behavior by Credit card companies. Right now I’m finding a way to check up with RBI to see if they have any procedure so that we can raise a complaint against such banks.
