I received an email from THE OFFICE OF THE CEO of pepperfry that my product will be delivered in 3-5 days. Its already 5 days and there is no sign of my product being shipped. I ordered this product (shoe rack) on 28th and it has not been delivered yet. I am planning to go to consumer court very... soon. For the first time somebody called from Pepperfry to ask me if I ordered a purple bean bag on 28th. I had to mention it twice that NO, I ORDERED A SHOE RACK on 28th which has not been delivered. You will go out of business very soon with this kind of behavior. I am going to escalate this matter to wherever I can. Social media, Akosha forums, Mouthsut, Consumer court etc.Read More
