FLIPKART - DON’T BELIEVE THEIR REFUND PROMISES Flipkart has sold me a faulty Lenovo yoga Tab. It was malfunctioning from the beginning and was with Lenovo service center for more than 40 days. However, nothing happened and it still does not work. The item is just a few months old and still under warranty.

This item was sold exclusively on Flipkart and then on my complaint they sent me an email( an executive also called) to the effect that they were refunding my amount.

After this innumerable return ids has been created and Flipkart scheduled pickup dates and pickup did not happen. I have called them very many times and am told that the pickup instructions are cancelled for unknown reasons. On each occasion I had to spend half an hour to one hour explaining the whole situation to each new Flipkart customer service guy who takes the call. They all promise that the matter would be resolved within 24 hrs. I also have emails from Flipkart saying that the matter will be resolved by 5th June. Notwithstanding their promise for refund or resolution nothing has happened. I am stuck with this useless device, innumerable Flipkart refund and incident ids and a false promise from Flipkart.

Be careful when you believe Flipkart’s commitments in trying to have your issues resolved you may land up having innumerable gray strands and high BP. On my part even after spending so much time and effort Flipkart is not showing any interest in resolving the matter. They may turn back on their own commitment at any time.

They are completely ignoring their commitment to refund my money. Given the negligent attitude of Flipkart, one should not believe their post sales commitments. I am scared that the 21000/- that I spent for this device is lost and I am stuck with a defective, faulty and unusable piece of scrap plastic
