This is regarding my Lenovo yoga tab 2.0
I bought it online from flipkart. Within days the tab started malfunctioning. It goes off just like that and then refuse to restart. For several hours the tab do not recharge. I requested flipkart for a replacement. They replaced the tab with a new one which was as bad as the old one. This tab starting malfunctioning exactly the same way.

I called the customer care and they asked me to give it for repair at their JanakPuri authorised service center called Sysnet Global Tech Pvt Ltd. This was just the beginning of a nightmare. I gave my tab for repair on 6th April 2015. Its more than 14 days and not even once the service center guys called me and gave me a status report.
When I called them I was told that they have asked for a new mother board but they haven't received it from the warehouse. I called the Sysnet Global Tech executive again and he said I should take my Tab back in its current faulty state. The executive name is Mr. Nadeem Khan and his employee id is 541304808. It took them more than 2 weeks to return my tab with a new motherboard.
I received my tab and after getting it back I was in for another unpleasant surprise. The tab had calling feature before sending for repair. Now the calling feature is not there in my tab. Clearly Lenovo guys have replaced some incompatible mother board.
Now the interface looks old. Google play store quits when I try to install an app. I contacted the service center guys and they want me to visit them again.
Most horrible experience of my life. Stay away from buying anything Lenovo.
