BSNL Broadband is World Class, employees 3rd Class

BSNL Callcenter employees do NOT have any knowledge of Broadband. They dont even know what type of connection a customer has. They just take your phone number and ask few questions. I stay at RR Nagar, Mysore road, BSNL Broadband connection takes atleast 5 to 6 months to get approved or installed. Regarding the complaint, you cannot do anything until you have the promise in written format.
