Their after sale service is very pathetic. Same here, I am a customer too from Pune. Their call center people dont register your complaint or give evasive answers. The service technicians are rather rude and argumentative. They will give some stupid answers and will not fix your washing machine...... Its no use arguing with them.. Miserable machine stops working after 3 years

Three years! Thats good enough... Mine (another model) started making strange loud noises after 9 months.. Pathetic after sale service.. you have to call them again and again to get the stuff repaired.. Even though the machine is well within warranty and the motor / drive is covered under warranty, ...the company service technician says that such noise is normal !! (Even though the noise wasnt there earlier) Their service personnel are rather unprofessional and rude in their manner of speaking. They wouldnt even listen to the problem properly and try to prove you wrong. First of all, they are very slow to respond to complaints, (I had to spend over Rs 100 calling up their call center again and again). The call center people are courteous, I admit, but they will not give you any proper reply about the status of your request. Their standard response is - We will send a technician today!! That 'today' will come after 3 or more weeks.Read More
