Hello mukeshenterprises , Yes ofcourse. Buying a product is always based on what the online portal shows in the pic, to which aol deviated clearly in terms of 'quality'. But whatsoever, the customer care ppl could have justified, they never replied even though i mailed them some 3-4 times.

Very true, even my experience with archiesonline, on the eve of Rakshabandhan turned out to be bad.. Atleast the customer care ppl could have justified, but no... Their Customer care is utter bakwaas .. Would never recommend to anyone.
