Got cheated 2 times with L'oreal Magique Kajal . Review on L'Oreal Eye Makeup

First time, the roller of the kajal stick never rolled so that I could roll out the kajal, and second time in the replaced piece, the kajal stick got finished in mere 1.25 months(as against the "more than 6 months usage" with previous sticks).

Here are the details:

In month of July, bought L'oreal Paris Kajal Magique from a leading "Honey Money Top" outlet. When took out the piece to apply, it dint roll out, thus stick couldn't come out.

Thus approached the sales manager of "Honey Money Top", who replaced the piece then n there only, after checking its roller.

Now in Sept first week itself, the kajal stick got finished so soon in some 1.25 months time(the previous ones had lasted for more than 6 months or so).

I am actually shocked by the cheat offered by such a renowned beauty brand.

I re-approached the seller, i.e. Honey Money Top, and the complaint is under process.

How they deal with my complaint is another issue, but what about the L'oreal quality, if this is what top brands offer to their customers, what can we expect from the not-so-heard ones.

Really disgusting.
