post 2007 this company have taken many employee unfriendly steps 1) Removed subsidy from barista - costa 2) Food is expensive 3) Ac stop at 8 pm and project managers always force to work late 4) Hire and fire 5) 50 seater cafetaria to do lunch for workforce of 2000 ( gurgaon cg) 6) Paid park...ing and that too with no responsibility 7) Tissue boxes which were there since 200 suddenly removed from 2007 8) instead of one landline per person , changed to one for every two. 9) computer policy removed Read More
