I joined in 2006 and still working with sapient. Trying best to get offers from other companies. Anyways I am writing this to tell you that sapient is a hire and fire company. Gets a project, so hire you and once project is finished they will either ask you to leave or work in different technology. They will nor train you nor will provide you any assistance to learn new technology. Sapient does not care about your loyalty. If you spend considerable time you get nothing and very poor increment.

Join at your own risk. They will pay you as the brand is famous for hire and fire nature
