I opened zuari website and was not able to find any customtakeouter service number. Finally I called at the head office which took my complaint and promised a call back in 1 hr. There was no call back. After few days I called back and the same was repeated. Being cautious I took number of Mr. Singh and tried for 2 days and only once the phone rang without being answered and all other time it was out of coverage area. Being fed up I called up up Chennai again adn explained them.
They gave number of Mr.Satyendra who took care of my issue and made sure that Mr. Singh from delhi calls me. I hade conversation and Mr. Singh promised that the carpenter will come on Saturday first half. I took half day off. Now today is saturday and enitre day was eaten up by unresponsive and arrogant Mr.Singh.
I made up calls to him and he promised that I can expect a person between 2-3 pm and again zuari at its best, no one showed up.
