Hi Veekey, Probably its true. It may be that the staff in Bangalore is much better than the staff in Delhi. I donot have any issues with their DVD quality..but over all its the service which is pathetic in Delhi. Its not just me...you can see many more people who is facing such kind of problem.... I completely agree with you. I was supposed to fly to Pathankot on 30th dec. As usual, the flight got cancelled. Due to this I had to cancel the return flight also. They charged Rs 1000 as cancellation fees. When I told them that I had to cancel the return flight only because the onward journey was ...cancelled by them, they said they can't help it.
