I took a half yearly plan for Rs 995 in June 2007. Upon completing of the 6 months, 6 movies were still left. When I asked how can see those 6 movies, I was told that if I take a basic plan of one month, then I can watch all the 6 movies plus the 4 movies of the basic plan, which means 10 movies. Today after not receiving any movie after requesting pickup, when I called the customer care, I was told that I have finished all the quota of the basic plan and the remaining 6 movies will not be sent to me. I will need to pay them one more month's fees but then also they say they cannot commit if I will be sent all the 10 movies out of which I have already paid for 6. I didnot understand What kind of service are these guys providing?
By giving false information to customers...they are doing a fraud. In the initial days of my membership, these people took time to send me movies as they guys didnt have the movies which I wanted. This is ironical to the fact that their marketing guys were behind me like dogs asking me to take the membership saying that the moment I ask for movies it will be in my doorstep within 24 hrs. Some time got wasted in talking to their customer care during that time. After that, once I received a english movie in hindi version inspite of requesting the movie in English. I was told by the customer care that the movie will be again sent to me in English. Again time got wasted.
During the year end, I was not in delhi and finally 6 movies were left to be seen. I was never told that the movies get lapsed? The marketing guys lied to me saying that I can carry forward the movies and now telling me a different story. They have very poor and uneducated customer care who doesnt even knowtalking etiquetes. I donot see any value for money at all. You can buy cheap DVDs and VCDs now a days. There is no point in paying so much and getting nothing other than frustration, lies and unprofessionalism.
