Well....if you see the Air deccan punchline.....Simlify....Lowest Airfare..Everyday...Anytime....
I think its all bullsh*t. Their flights get cancelled daily. All other flights are late for more than 4 hours. The reason they give is Operational reasons. Refund policy is extremely poor. If they cancel a flight, because of which we may need to cancel a return ticket, they wont leave the cancellation charge also. They charged me Rs 1000 for no fault of mine. Now, I am fighting for the reversal of the cancellation charges.
They say, its not Air Deccan's policy. Customer care doesnt know anything..puts you on hold for every simple question you ask and then gives you negative answers. Sometimes they wont even answer calls.
My suggestion: Book a flight in Air Deccan only when its an absolutely necessity. Otherwise, paying a little more and getting better service is not a bad idea.
