I had purchased a Symphony Diet 50T cooler on 20th March 2010. After a first few days, the cooler's wheels(castors) started coming out and it posed a great threat to any of my family member who tried to move the coler from one location to another location. I registered a complaint and then got it rectified by changing he entire costor set.
During the first week of may, the blower started throwing water out in huge quantity. I again registered a complaint with Symphony, but no one came to attend the call during that time. After 2 days, the cooler's blower motor just went off giving huge sparks. Obviously the water has entered the blower motor. I again cheked with them, but started getting all vague responses. Ultimately after chasing them for 4 days, finally the cooler motor was replaced. But, even after replacing the same, the problem was not rectified. The blower is still throwing water and today is the 3rd day of lodging my complaint for the second time.
There are definitely some defects with the models and the way the body of the cooler was engineered. Over and above that the services are pathetic. Trust me, I have never felt so frustrated with this kind of service.
