. Atleast 5 to 6 staff came around me thinking iam fighting. He continues shouting, now i started shouting back then ppl said said pls leave this place. I said iam a customer and you want me to leave. Everyone says yes. Then i saw the man who came in the middle of the conversation he was sitting nex...t to us and watching . he came near me suggested i come tommorrow he knew very well what happened he is thier staff he did not support me either he said sir dont get angry . I wonder who is supposed to be angry now. I have all the rights to be angry . He gave me a white paper to write a letter to get new password ,a thing which will not take more that 10 min if called hdfc bank or their Cust Supp Do we deserve to put our money in this bank and get illtreated by stupid, uncultured, non co operative never working , laziest beings on this earth.I saw all the reviews i found out that government employees and nationalised bank emplyees are the ones who say positive things about all nationalised bank. State Bank of india is the name ppl dont go there!!!! Dont lose your self respect. We are not beggers we are customer. We have the right to be answered. A BIG NO TO STATE BANK OF INDIA IAM WRITING THIS REVIEW THE SAME DAY I HAD THIS EMBARRASSING,INAPPROPRIATE , INTOLERABLE INCIDENT HAPPENED. ITS NOT ONE OF THEM ITS ALL OF THEM. . I walk there she greets me with a smile i thought ok not bad though she doesnt work she does welcome ppl . i gave d form she says you already got a user name right this is not the first time your getting a username password right. I say yes, then she asks me then why fill this form this is a wrong... form. I said i dont know it was given by that gentle men there. She comes up to him puts the paper on table says sir this person keeps losing his password all the time. Now iam irritated, furious, angry whatever you can say. She leaves. This man asks me in a tone a inspecter would call a thief. come here, i go stand next to him he says why did you hide that you had a username and password already given to you. I say i did not hide anything. He accuses me saying why are you wasting my time like this. why dint you say you lost or you forgot i say no sir i did not lose it was not working and mala accepted that it gets reset at regular intervalsb Last time i spoke to her over the phone. He says come tommorrow, now iam irritated sir i wont come tommorrow . I have come for the same problem atleast 20 times now . Do it now or I will complain to the branch manager. He as cool as ever says he has not yet come your welcome to complain. I say what sir . He says iam wasting his time he has got no time i ve got to leave and comenext day. What customer service is this you talk very rude and as if iam your servant, actually thats how he spoke. He gets furious and starts screaming at top of his voice saying who are you to teach me , who are you to treach me. . Now i travel quite a lot i am going abroad for my business quite often. So i need my net banking password which i still don hve . I went there to get the same this saturday 23rd July 2011 . I meet the relationship manager . The guy is in his mid 40's i say i was there to get a new password for net...banking he did not ask anything else he says come on monday we are busy. I was like so what are the things i should bring to see the proceedings he show his hand signalling wait iam busy . then he yells at a pune and says something. I ask again he shows his hand signals wait & again talks over the phone for 5 min, while i wait there. Then he turns & talks to the man to his opp who as also waiting for something. he speaks for another5 min then says , what are you waiting for ??? in a very rude way with lotsof hatred and anger. I ask the same question. he says you dont have bring anything.. He says nothing is needed as if telling its enought if you leave now. You are not welcome here tone. Today i go to bank by 8:45 wait outside for 15 min. then go inside. I find him talking to young girl there probably a new joinee i guess. I wish him good morning he nods his head like he is the ceo of the company and iam a begger who went inside the bank and my time is limited and i should leave. I saw iam here for the password renewal . He prints out a form gives it to me asks me to fill it up. i fill the same, he writes something on it red ink god only knows what its was. he sez giv to the lady sitting the middle, there were atleast three women sitting in the middle, i ask who he says the middle one again . i was very very polite sorry sir which one of them he says there is only one sitting in the middle then i understand he is talking about our lady mala.Read More

oops a mistake I am a annual memeber i joined for 12k and so this 1000 pm came up i think for monthly subscription it should be 2k plus registeration charge and tax.
