I Strted my business in 2008 I wanted to open a Current account(ca). I did a resrch where to open accnt I ws Recmnded SBI. I have a Hdfc account with which iam very hppy. HOwever, on advice I opned a account with SBI a(CA). Right from the beginning for evrythin they made me go meet them, my physical prsnce was nded there even to discuss on how to get a atm card. I went there atleast 6 times . Atlast I got my atm card after a 2 hr session with one lady called mala from SBI the seventh time. I needed to transfer money to other accounts after few months so I called up SBI for net banking user name pssword, only to hear rude voice saying come here we will give username password what is the point calling over the phone.?!@# my journey starts .1 visit The lady mala says they are totally under emplyed and all job ws on her head she has to attend only bcuz some 1 has been trnsfrd, how profesonl is that . I thot she is being friendly . Then she says I need to put my cmpny seal and other stuff so I had to come tomorrow, 2nd tim The lady says the server is down.3rd time she says what can I do if the server is down.4th time I ask her atleast tell me tim frame she says dont be in a hurry we will do it(though iam fuming inside, this is few months after I started my company 1000things running in my mind not in a mood to argue with them) I was asked to come on mon.5th visit She & I filled in some forms & started with the procedure when she says the server is down gimme all the details I will do it once the process is complete she will let me know. She did not call me for 10 days. I called her to ask about the proceedings twice in between to hear sir dont be in a hurry sir, what can I do wait.6th time I go she is on leave.7th time I go I meet another lady who says she cant intervene in this & she says they are totally undremplyed.8th time now iam angry I go to sbi the same kilpauk branch Chennai, the ladies full name I dont know ppl called her mala madam, she is always unhappy & irritated lady suddenly flashes a smile and says welcome sir you job is not yet done. I asked madam how many times should I come . She started we are totally underemployd . As far as I have been there these ppl are not efficient they don't deserve their job, liars & don't have clue on things. There is no one to question them. I left the place disgusted, irritated & hopeless. It did strike that I have to complain these ppl to someone. I was very busy that I couldnt do that.I get a called from the lady after three days she says my username password everything is ready I should go and collect it in person.9th visit I spent 1 hr. I thought its the end of non sense, little did I know I am in for a surprise.They gave 3 diff usrname pssword 1 for bank transactions one for bill paments one for admin.I did not do any transaction I did not use the password after a month or when I login it wont wrk.I called the SBI, no response!. I went in person I was made to go 4 time . same lady I am facing she asked what happen I said, the password wont work, she says did you forget I said no it wont work, She pressed that I forgot . I was like ok whatever give me new password she made me go there 4 times agn & agn like it was my punishment. I know any one in my position would have fought I thought I was seeing the bigger pic, my business going uninterrupted and its not my job to fight with these idiots. She givs me the password I take it home start using it . I had to send money to someone when it was not enabled wo I had to call them again . Then when I sent the transaction did not go thru for whatever reasons unknown, thn block, then psswrd wont work. Mind you I am a expert with computers, I assemble my own computer any one can call me a computer expert. I have HDFC account and do all sort of internet banking.After this I went to atm took the money from atm and personnally gave to ppl to whom I could have sent it online. or I used to take it from atm put it in hdfc account then do online transaction. I decided to get the password from sbi . I went there cont for 5 days only to still be dissappointed. Then I spoke to Branch manager about the same. This incident surprised me the women was calld inside the room she came inside said sorry sir I have loads of work, there is no specialist for this kinda work, bank jargon she told and she thru the form he gave her on the table and left . she thru @#$%, then she says this guy doesnt have anyother wrk he always forgets his password I cant help him. I was surprised about her attiMr_customtakeouter & guts & head weight. I was very furious now before I could talk the manager says thambi come here he calls me near, he says ppl are under employed here no one is there to do this work most of them are transfered to diff branches. He asks me where is your office I sez in sowcarpet . He says then why do you have it in kilpauk branch I say bcos it s on the to my office from the place where I live, so I can come here easily, plus sbi parry's branch is one of the busiest branch in chennai I know that & he knows that.my question was they knew all this when I opened the account also.
