I am santhosh. I am not a fitness freak till date but will become one, for sure, I happen to walk into this place just to take a look if it is worth joinging cos iam slightly getting extra pounds (in the starting stage) and instantly I liked the place cos it was neat. The way the ppl interacted with me, the instruments, space , infrastructure, particulary good chill a/c and good changing room with steam bath, bathroom and toilet.
Best part is they never forced me into anything they just told what is avilable and how yearly plan is better for them as well as for me and how they will plan or customize routine for my body the very first day. I was impressed and iam impressed till date honestly iam in the early stage to jump into conclusions but I dont think there will be any change in the way things are bcos everything is natural nothings seems artificially made up by ppl.Routine appointments are made according to dietician, physiotherapist and my time availability, So things look good here iam glad iam a part of 02.Keep the good work guys.
I am a type of guy who is very st forward, if its good I say its good its bad I will say its bad without hesitation. As for conning is concerned price might seem too high however, thats how you get good crowd who come for fitness and finess alone no rowdy look alikes, who will scremm ahhhhhhh ahhhhhhhh with every lift of the weigt and certainly no barbaric activities.One should mention the staff attitude, very good, very professional, assertive and very helpful. We have a snack bar avilable with reasonable prices and lotta books in the entrance where we can sit and read.
Talking about equipments they are all sophisticated ones, ergonomically designed . Staff member are really knowledgeable and teach in a very professional way such that we dont get injured.This gym is for any one who is serious about fitness, gaining weight or losing weigt customized for your body . I am sure I will become a fitness freak cos iam liking what iam doing.Sure they need a word appreciation for their work :) If you think you deserve them and they deserve you come join.
