I am from Bangalore. I bought Kent UV & RO model from one of the dealer at CV Raman Nagar Area during Jan 2010. It worked for a day and did not power on on the next day. They took about 10 days to attend and replaced the unit saying that the unit was defective. It hardly worked for 10 days and the w...ater never came out and when complained they took almost 5 days to attend and said one of the filter is having problem and took 2 days to replace. From there on it gave repeated problems and it is usual for them to attend after a week with continuous phone calls and followup. During March the area service people refused to attend and said unless we put an additional filter which costs about 1000/- they will not service. I got that from the same vendor within 10 days and got it installed. It hardly worked for 3 days and no water was getting collected & the water was getting into drainage. When complained again, they said it is not possible to attend the call and directed us to call Mr. Sridhar - 9449087874. Though we got some response after about a week's time, the problem is still there where we dont get the water out of it at all. Since 21st July it is running continuously (day and night) and as of today ie 3rd day not even a single drop of water got collected. Complaints are logged without any result. PATHETIC SERVICE AND RESPONSE & PRODUCT. I WONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO FOR THIS PRODUCT EVEN IF THEY GIVE FREE OF COST. Now i am consulting a lawyer to document this and write to consumer court to refund the money that i paid for this product and undue harassment by their service providers.Read More

Hi I am from Bangalore. I too have very bad experience with Haiku Service centers both at Domlur and Old Madras Road. I have a dio 2003 dec model. I would say the product is very good but due to lack of service attention customers are unhappy. My vehicle crossed 40000km in 2008 and i handle my bike ...very smooth and with care. I give it for regular service only with Haiku to maintain consistancy. It was giving problem while starting in cold inspite of using Choke & kick starter. When i reported this problem Haiku Old Madras road service center said that the piston and bore need to be replaced to fix the problem. Though i was not convinced with the answer / diagnosis i agreed to carryout with replacing necessary parts. The bill came to 8000/- which was a shock to me. But the next big shock was, the vehicle continued to have the same starting problem and when reported back to Haiku, they said it will get resolved automatically while using. Finally i got it rectified thro a local mechanic who found some problem in electrical circuit. I Switched over to Silicon Honda new service center at kagadasapura road CV raman nagar. I would say far better place than Haiku.Read More

Thanks for the brief review covering almost all important aspects. I am using Dio since 6 years and did about 70000 kms. As you mentioned the service quality is very pathetic and response is very poor. Once i complained about starting problem and the Haiku Service center on Old Madras Road detected ...it as piston wornout and due for replacement where it has done only 40000 kms and the bill came to about 8k !!! But still the problem did not get resolved and i got it done with a local mechanic. I wont blame the product, but the Service is VERY PATHETIC. I am planning to replace dio with Aviator or Access..Read More
