Standard Chartered Bank Customer Care sucks!No one there to listen customer's issue. If you tried to talk to any CC care executive on 3940 4444 / 6601 4444, after 5 mins, your call will be disconnected.
If you email your issue at Customer.Care@sc.com, you will get an auto response saying, they will get back to you within 10 working days.Pathetic Customer Service... Horrible experience.
