Indeed a very useful review. I have been contemplating purchasing this policy for my parents aged 60 & 54, the thing that is not clear here is the claim process. Also, I received calls from two different representatives where one said I need to submit the bills and the other said I do not need to.... Other problem I have faced is that the reps don't have enough information to answer the question you put up or they don't want to do it....different questions lead to the same answers rephrased in broken English.Read More
