SERVICE IS BAD My 10 mth old ac is not cooling well. In 20 days I called 4x to toll free no. for service. Every time I’m told the call will be attended within 24 hr, & an sms with a Ref # is sent to me. That's it....! Ur channel partner closes the request without attending, & ur company does not ...chk with customer for the call being attended.
