I have been using HDFC credit card very often for past 4-5 years with annual expenditure of over 1 lakh. Its rare that their service is out of order. I find it very user friendly. The customer care people are much better as compared to most others. Making payments of their bills is also hassel free. I also have an ICICI Credit card both having due date on 23rd of the month. While ICICI has penalized me for late payment even when I paid by their due date, HDFC has in fact waived off the late fee despite payment later than the due date.
Their call centre staff is very efficient and keeps me informed according to my needs. Besides there are frequent offers of various sorts, so I really enjoy using the HDFC Credit card!
