I am also surprised to see that bosch service is so bad despite the marketing that they do. My washing machine stopped working 6 months after purchase. Even after two weeks of continuous followup, the issue is still unresolved.

I faced the same situation .... We saw how pathetic the place is run and then took my kid without thinking of the certificate. The next day I took my kid to presidency and explained he situation and took admission for next year . They were more empathetic when I told that my kid will be coming witho...ut a certificate. Please check with schools as there are many who don't value the rubbish certificate that they are issuing. Vibgyor also doesn't look at the certificate as hey said it is of no value and all they care is how good the kid is responding during interview when I took my son's admission there 5 years back. It is too mean from the part of limpa to threaten you with certificate. but then having interacted with her, I don't find it surprising. She is mean to to the core and not fit to run a school. I wonder why maple bear brand has no mechanism to address these issues from parents. We are really at their mercy once the admission is taken.Read More

priya, it is really bad that we stopped sending my kid there in the middle of the academic session. I wish there is some strict guidelines in running such institutions, else any person who cares only for money and cares so little about kids can open a franchisee and fool parents by showing brand nam...e and facilities! I was alarmed at how low the so called principal of an organisation can stoop to! We were taught to place teachers before God, but now a days, such people bring disgrace to such a holy institution of teaching.Read More

I wish I had read this review before enrolling my kid! I had the same experience with Maple bear mahadevapura. Atleast Maple Bear should educate the coordinators/owners on how to deal with parents. The language and attiude is so alarming that parents end up wondering if this is how they treat the pa...rents, how about the poor kids that see them everyday! i agree with you. next thing they do with ur review is ask abount your contact details and then do nothing about it, but the status of ur complaint changes automaticcally to response received! u just keep trying, they will turn up finally ... in my case, one round of nice bashing worked well.

Even I experienced the same. Last year was good with proper feed backs. But this years teacher seems not bothered about kids. No feed back, nothing , and even the day care is bad. My chid is in Sr Kg. Also, I feel the transport is the worst.

Moral of the story - Sometimes Gandhigiri wont work. My husband had called up the technician and bashed properly for not doing his work. He came down today withthe lid and placed it. Said that the leak is fixed and didnt let me check the leak as it will take some time to fill the container. He has v...alue for his time , but not for mine. I was callign up customer care multiple times for past one month. Who cares! I didnt let him go and said tht it is my right to verify the leak and I dont trust his words any more. Once it was filled, verified that it was working properly. Thus the matter is resolved after taking things to our own hand rather than goint thro customer care, escalating the issue, re-escalating the escalated issue, blah blah blah. If I had done this one month back, I would not have gone through such torture. AGAIN AT THE END OF THE STORY, AQUAGUARD CUSTOMER CARE SUCKS WITH THEIR DONT CARE ATTITUDE. 01/09/2012 - called up the technician and asked why he is not coming. he said there is no spare , so he cant do anything!!!!!!!!!!! how irresponsible. got nice bashing from my husband and he agreed to come on 2nd as today is holiday for him. need to wait and see. I have never faced such irresponsibl...e behaviour from any customer care. I too have similar bad response from the customer care. It is really irritating to start the day with call to customer care and waiting for them to turn up. Let me know if you got any response so far or are you really planning to go to consumer court? I would like to do the same, but is unaware of t...he procedure. Feels really cheated by the attitude of customer are. If it is for sales, they will turn up at your doorstep within minutes. After so long, good to see that ICICI is of use to atleast one person! In my experience the most irritating one is their phone banking where they keep you in queue for as much time as they like and finally tell you to call later! Also, if you request for a new cheque, it always goesback saying ad...dress not found ( I live in the middle of the city!) and then you have to go to the branch to collect the cheque. If it is after 20 days, the cheque will be destroyed without even informing the customer! Read More

I too had very bad experiences with ICICI and had heard similar stories from many. The only reason why icici is still operating is due to their corporate accounts - almost all IT companies including Infy , Wipro and the like have their corporate\salary accounts with ICICI.
