I purchased aquaguard total sensa spending almost 19000 on 4th March 2012 only to realize that I got carried away or fell for Aquaguard sales pitch. In less than 6 months I had to contact their customer service atleast 8 times for various issues I encountered with total sensa.
To my surprise, every time a technician fixes it, it comes back with a problem in next 15 days! All that technician says is "Our apartment has hard water and therefore the problems"! , "Well, that is the reason I bought your product dear and your sales pitch says total sensa works with hard water too" was my response. The customer service sucks BIG TIME, all that they say / trained to say is "sorry for the inconvenience", they do not know to understand and service customer problems effectively. Every time I report something to customer service, I will have to wait for atleast 3-4 days before someone turns up!
Even today morning I have experienced problems with total sensa and I have complained to Aquaguard customer service. God knows when the technician will turn up. I told customer services that it was only 15 days ago [4 July 2012] I aquaguard thing serviced. All they could acknowledge is "sorry for the inconvenience" of course, I know their technician will never turn up as promised by customer services.
I feel big time cheated by Aquaguard sales pitch. I am also thinking of filing a case in consumer court against them for supplying defective product. I strongly suggest everyone not to go for aquaguard products, especially this total Sensa thing. Anyway, even if you buy other products their customer services is for sure worse in the world I have ever seen!
