I have been banking with ICICI for more than 6 years now. Probably, it may sound an exception, I have never ever faced a problem with them. I mean all problems, whatsoever, have got resolved wihout any trouble at my end.
I actually opened an account with them when I was a student, so they had offered me an ATM card with practically zero balance. That was such a great idea, they got me in early.
From there on, I have been with them. Even if some banks approach, I can't shift for whatever they offer, because of the ubiquitous ATM network of ICICI.
Further, ICICI is a great bank when it comes to customer friendliness. They will never force you to come to the bank branch to do something, which all banks do. Be it opening of account, change of address, Internet ID and passwrod, reversal of charges, practically anything. In fact, even when they are offering this 8 to 8 banking, I have never taken a trouble to visit my branch.
Though, I must agree, the good experience that I have had so far, has been because of my limited financial need, but that will not stop me from recommending this bank to anyone.
They just understand the value of customer's time and money. True to their tagline and ad message - HUM HAIN NA
