General Tips on an Electric Chimney

Don't buy Kaff,its wrong information given here. Mesh filters used by Kaff is not at all suitable for oily spicy Indian cooking. You will have to clean the Kaff or any Mesh/Cassette filter every 7th day! The Mesh filter gets badly clogged and refuses to pass the smoke unless its cleaned and clogg fr...ee. Cleaning a Mesh filter is very cumbersome too,its not easy as a Baffle Filter. Always Buy a Chimney that has no filter or a Baffle Filter that is slanted/sloped with a oil collector at the end of it to collect the oil and also has Auto Clean You will find these chimneys from Faber and Kutchina only. Don't buy Kaff unless you are in to continental cooking and do very little roasting and frying. Oil and Smoke don't kill motors anymore as the good ones comes sealed! Mesh filters blocking smoke and oil is a myth,it will get in you can't stop grime my boy.You can limit it but can stop it.Mesh/Cassette filters are old tech,baffle is newer with cut and chop theory whuchbus way smart and easy to maintain.
