Write to the grievance cell, there are 3 levels. They should reply in 5 days, which they never do. Then call them up and tell them that you are abused, and you will file a police complaint. They will take a soft stance and just back off. If the dont go to the consumer court and get this sorted along... with the police complaint of these guys.Read More

HSBC is certainly the worst bank that i have come across. They really have a very bad credit card management system run at their side. I am frustrated being an HSBC customer. Honest suggestion dont ever ever deal with HSBC. and save u will save ur time and efforts. Else u will keep running behind th...ese idiots.Read More
