This is ridiculous Wh isthis guy I don't know him. I never got an... update from the Service station. Globus cars Pvt Ltd are giving fake update to VW customer care just to get this closed.Read More

@RAGHUD Good you cancelled it. It's better you bear the cancellation amount rather than suffering later. I was planning to get an i20 CRDi. It's a little expensive but good car with lots of space and a very silent engine. I think I've to blame myself for this decision.

@shblr92 I'd already sent the same mail to VW Germany but it's the same. They also didn't bother to respond all I got was an auto generated email which says 'We have received your mail and will get back to you shortly''. I think shortly means like after 5-8yrs, by the time you would have already sol...d it. As @shblr92, pointed out their Germany HQ may be managed by India. I'm planning to sell it. If someone in Delhi is interested pls let me know.Read More

Thx a lot guys for understanding my concern. Just a small update. Yesterday I called VW @ their customer care (18001020909) asked about the update on my complaint. I got a strange answer that dealer has tried to contact me number of times but I'm not taking their call. WOW the dealer is simply tryin...g to get this off his back. After my call ended, I got a call from the dealer, the lady was asking wht happened as if they didn't know it. I forwarded the same mail to their ID(cre@vw-globuscars.co.in) and again their is no response as expected. I don't know what kind of Customer care they have. I think it's only name sake.Read More
