I have recently purchased a 1.2 petrol Comfortline POLO from Shaman Motors. Not even one month old the car emits a whirring sound as soon as the ignition is on. The Service station manager says it is because the AC compressor is housed above the engine so the sound will be thre.
My second problem with the car is that sitting in the backk seat is bumpy. The creative Volkwagen service people say this is because they use "An advanced Hydraulic suspension system".
I have complained / verbally and in writing also sent e-mail to customercare2volkswagen but till date there is No acknowledgement leave alone any action.
People before buying a POLO think twice.
