I have 2 flats at DS Max Sigma which I have rented out. Whenever I have a maintenance issue with my apartments I just have to send a message to Mani who is the facility Manager and I can be assured that the work is done and a pic is sent to me too.

I think ds max has evolved as mature builder and they are progressing towards a better brand. In coming years they will be in some best spot with their commitment and hardwork. I am very happy with their efforts and recommend everyone to buy the apartment from them.

It's been a great experience. Even under tough timelime and a bit of miscommunication, we got the things done.

Staff has done a good job in making sure our conditions are met.

It's been great dealing with DS Max, looking forward for a good relationship here after.

We have heard that mr, CEO prasanna of ds max he used behave like local rowdy.

They will not issue oc and cc and will collect illegally extra amount.

we have visited some completed project of ds max and we have received bad comment about their service, ds max staffs.

I have given worst rating ds max booked this website also, whatever you type they will edit and give good rating to ds max
