Hi I have been using this filter for more than a year now. I am quite satisfied with the service of the Eureka Forbes Engineers. Once when i faced a problem with the filter they had come after one call at the time when I had asked to come. After exemining they replaced the capacitor which had... shorted because I had left it on by mistake while I was not using it. Eureka Forbes also has a reverse osmosis filter called Reviva and its a gem of a product as my parents have been using i for the last 3 years. The place where they stay the water quality is terrible.
