I assume you have no complain with the printer itself other than the ink cartridge. The HP website clearly specifies that the printer comes with an introductory cartridge. So when you buy an HP printer add Rs.1000 more to the purchase price for cost of b/w ink cartridge. Deeply saddened to hear your story. I agree that the medical profession is become a business. It is very rare to find an honest doctor who puts the patients health before money. I've undergone similar misfortune at the hands of a doctor who's was more of a business man.
