WagonR DUO is RECOMMENDED. Review on Maruti Suzuki Wagon R Duo

It's been 2 Yrs and 27000 km on my WagonR and it's been good result so for.

I have to change my statement on 2 reasons.

1. The vehicle is value for money proposiiton due to high petrol cost now.

2.The vehicle's trouble free performance has made me change my statement.

I had a clutch plate issue which got replaced under warranty. but I must say the vehicle has delivered so for.

I have tested the limits of the car by climbing the Hill Stattion near Chikmangalore and drove it at 145 km consistently in Blre Hassan High way and in all occassion my Wagon R has not let me down.

It's been 27000 km in 2 yrs. I have no regrets and no Complaints and I will change my headings to Recommended since I have preaceful ownership so for.

I must also say that my Uncle has got a i10 and he keeps complaining about the same due to high running cost.

Maruti get over your strike and release some new models along with reducing the waiting period.

Otherwiase tough luck.

But Wagon R Duo is a good buy if you have 4.5 lakhs and can't afford a Petrol hatch for city commute.

I have recommended the New Duo for my relative.

The new wagonR Duo is good except that the Boot Space is virtually non existant.

Hi Guys I have a 4 month old Wagon R Duo LXi and I have travelled 3900 Km so for and I got a warranty replacement from pratham Motors for a faulty Air Filter. The Services guys are prompt to accept the faulty unit and they have replaced the Air Filter worth Rs.3500 at no cost.The car has just due for second service and I can feel the Engine not happy when I switch to LPG. However when it comes petrol it is a quite machine and I love to drive it.

So for I have used it on only LPG. However going forward I am using it only in Petrol. The LPG cost has also gone up Rs.35.Ltr making it unviable option.

I also heard from the Serice station that LPG vehicle has got this Air filter problem because of the Misfiring of the Engine.

However what I liked about the Service station is the quick trouble shooting the problem and giving the replacement and getting me the vehicle in an hour.From Pratham Motors bangalore, Mr. Pratheesh and Ram prasad are the guys who handled this problem.

I now felt I would have rather gone to Ritz Petrol if I have to drive a 9 Year old Wagon R on Petrol.( With and additional cost of another 40-50 K)

I purchased Duo under the promise of getting at least 12-13 KMPL in city and 15 on long drive.

Well with this Airfilter problem and cost of LPG I am now using it with only Petrol option.

May be I will look for an upgrade after 2 Years or use it as only petrol.
