looks like most of these new taxi services including uber have deteriorated enormously since the time they introduced the service. like uber initially they used to send benz and other high end cars. now most of the time we get low end toyota or hyundai cars.

Flew from Bangalore to Doha to Buenos Aires, From Bangalore to Doha the plane was very old and the seats were not comfortable. Service Very Bad. Toilets filthy, crew did not bother to keep it clean. Boarding at doha was extremely tedious and bad. Doha to Buenos Aires, seats were comfortable, but the... food and on board service was poor and bad. By the end of the journey toilets were unacceptable. company cheated on the promotional bonus miles. Check in staff were undertrained. This definitely is not a 5 star airline. this is true of a majority of indian companies. dealing with them is a nightmare. companies i dealt with are Airtel, DishTv, Kotak Bank, HDFC Bank. I believe indian companies are not service oriented and they lack integrity.
