This is the my fourth experience with easy cab.first they confirm the booking.then 15 minutes before the pickup they send sorry message.
I want to give one example I booked a cab 5 hours before the pickup time.but just before 16 minutes from pick up time, i got a message saying: "Dear customer. We are sorry to inform that your booking 2414 is not confirmed due to non availability of cab in your area. We regret the inconvenience: easycabs"
Imagine, if someone has to catch a flight or train. And he is ditched like this.. Imagine the loss. Never ever try easycabs. And tell all your friends if you want them not to be cheated like this....
