Just two days ago I upgraded my service to 125gb. this morning when I checked usage it showed I have used appr 25 gb. just two hours ago it showed 33gb. actually I have not used that much data. there detail list does not show the data being used. this has been happening since almost two weeks. initially I did not notice it, I got suspicious. and wrote to customer service and no action from them. just received a canned response saying I must secure the line etc. which I have already done since two or so years I have been with them. just few hours ago I called their 121 number. gentleman took my complaint and gave me a reference number and said they would and let me know what they find out.
I think eventually I will have to get rid of this connection and get something else.
