Wow, so many people against this phone...and I was thinking of getting one; only, held back by my budget.
Being the first Symbian OS 9 / S60 3rd edition handset, these might be teething troubles and, from the nature of complaints I feel Nokia will come up with firmware fixes (if it has not done s...o already, you might check up Nokia Software Updater from the Nokia website).

Well, I had to rate your review as not useful and I'll explain why.
I came here looking for a review on Maxim. Now you did not like the content of the magazine...fair enough. But then it sounds like you are simply not the target audience for it. Exactly what were you expecting from it and, in tha...t frame, how did the mag let you down?
I appreciate your viewpoint, but somehow feel its out of context here. Imho this review will fit in better somewhere like India Today customer service; maybe something akin to spamming by the India Today group.Read More

Hehehehehehe, I thought I was the only one on this planet with this put-put. Man it seriously suckkss...a 'tweaked' Caliber engine on a Boxer frame if I'm not wrong; an experiment gone seriously wrong.
I hope somebody steals it so I can claim the insurance money :D

Damn, I read this review so late. A Goodfellas review without @*^$@$ words...lol...just kidding. Yes its an awesome awesome movie, my all time favorite. It cannot be described in words.I absolutely loved the soundtrack too... some beauties there. Nice review there.
Imo Godfather is on a differen...t plane altogether, not necessarily better or worse. A better comparison would be with Pulp Fiction.
Btw, I came to know about this movie from the PC game GTA3 where posters of 'Badfellas' were all over the place!Read More

Welll....I think one should stay away from limited internet packages, as far as possible go for unlimited time AND data packages. These telecom companies are all theives. Anyway, thanks for the sharing your experience.

Mr. Robocop, it seems like you have prepared very well indeed on the sections involved but not taken the pain to find their interpretations.
I would like to point out that Article 20 of the constitution of India is a protection against a person being forced to act as a witness against himself. It d...oes no mean that you can obstruct the powers of a competent authority to take specimen of accused's handwriting or blood samples or signature etc. I'd suggest you have a look at Dastgir vs. State of Madras AIR 1960 SC 756 and State of Bombay vs. Kathi Kalu AIR 1961 SC 1808.
I believe you are correct that preliminary breath analyser tests may not be admissible. But then a good prosecution in such case will never be based on breath analyzer test, but on the evidence of laboratory test conducted under S.204 MVA. And perhaps you also forgot to note S.205....if the accused refuses to give his consent to police officer for breath analysis and/or laboratory test, it is presumed that the accused was unfit to drive, unless a resonable cause is shown for refusing the consent. What could be a reasonable cause? I can see just two, if the accused was a female, the lab medical practitioner was a male, and no other female was present. Second, the accused was in immediate charge of a medical practitioner, the med is not informed of the test or the med objects to the test on the grounds that it would be harmful to the accused + patient. My only advice is, do not refuse a test citing your rights under Article 20, you completely mess up the situation. Be co-operative with the police but call your lawyer first thing.
I don't know about the summary procedure you are talking about so I can't comment on it.But pls pls if you ever get in a legal mess, do get in touch with a qualified legal practitioner.

Doesnt 3800 kbits/s mean ~ 5Kbytes/s? Wow you are lucky. I installed it only today and getting about 2KBps. But MTNL is not charging anything in advance now. Also, I heard the offer closes on 23 Aug in case anybody is interested (though Im not sure on this).

Hey, every word of your review is true. Either the stuff sold there is fake/pirated or ridiculously priced. Ive noticed it in the computer hardware section, all the prices are (whose prices Im roughly aware of) quoted atleast 4-5 times the current market price (if the hardware is still in production... at all). And the funny thing is everybody seems happy there, buyers don't complain and sellers are minting money anyways!Read More
